Volume 2, "Third and Fourth Seat Bidding" is a comprehensive text on how seat position is affected by odds, which in turn changes strategy and bidding decisions. Marilyn grew up in Huntsville, Alabama, has an undergraduate degree in math from Judson College and a Master’s degree in Instructional Materials Development from Northern Illinois University. She worked at the Boeing Company for thirteen years in publishing and computing. She has since published two fiction novels, a book of poetry, a children’s book about their cat, Ms. Peppermint, and her first two volumes in her bridge series. She lives with her husband, Harold Peterson, a civil engineer, and their cat in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Her two daughters, Caroline and Margaret, both grown, currently live in Seattle.
