Loving You Is Killing Me

Samir is the drop dead gorgeous man who rescued Shaniyah from her horrible living situation years ago. Their relationship is the epitome of "Black Love," but it still can't shield this loving father from the harmful call of the streets.

After struggling to raise her young son without his dad, Shaniyah is somewhat relieved when Samir resurfaces and becomes an integral part of his son's life. She is soon reminded of what can happen when you love an OG.

Kinshasha Serbin was born on August 15th, 1988, and grew up in Henderson, NC. In 2005, while in high school, Serbin found her love for writing in all genres such as poetry, romance, and urban fiction. She was particularly fond of writing urban fiction because she wanted people of the urban community to have something they could read, relate to, and learn from. Growing up in a small community and tackling many struggles of her own; Serbin wanted to be able to entertain her readers as well as touch on different topics and situations that some people in the urban community deal with in their lives.

She is the author of several novels, including Loving You Is Killing Me, Two Sides of the Bed, I Am My Father’s Son, and Envy & Eye Candy.
