This is the story of Solomon Squirrel and his family who celebrate the Chanukah holiday every year but this year is going to turn out to be the most special of them all. What happens to Solomon and his family this holiday season make for their most amazing adventure of their lives. Through some twists and turns, the Solomon Squirrel family realize some wonderful things about themselves and about the world that they live in. This book is meant to appeal to readers as a way to explain how different religions and cultures can interact with each other and accept each other for their own traditions and customs. Author: Jeffrey J. Lefko has been fine tuning his skills at juggling multiple ＂balls in the air＂ over the last twenty years since he wrote Solomon Squirrel’s Amazing Chanukah Adventure. He was determined to publish his book without eventually dropping the ball. Besides his arms were getting very tired. Illustrator: Stephanie Burgess is a Kindergarten Teacher’s Aide in Maryland. When she is not mending the broken hearts of 5 year olds, she is either drawing, taking pictures, or making movies.
