I was born in a small island in the Caribbean on September 23, 1973. I was raised by my grand-father who was an a retired attorney and his sister my aunt and Godmother, a retired school teacher herself who asked my mother on couple occasions to sign adoption papers giving her full right to have me because I would grow up to do great things in this world because I have a heart of gold. I went to Flushing High School where I spent all four years doing service and help in the English department. I Graduated in December 1992. I was always a well behaved young men yet something went terribly wrong when I was fourteen years old much thanks to a couple individuals who I will continue to pray for so the almighty God can help them in their disturbed minds and past actions. I am proud to say I overcame and I will further discuss in my next book or memoir. I experienced with certain negativities in my life which were brutal and at times made no sense to me which I believe gave me the strength today to be an understanding, compassionate, respectful man that I have allowed myself today to be as well as respect all entities in this life as well as carrying on the integrity and moral values my grandfather and her sister raised me to possess today. I have always been a grateful person and am blessed to have had people in my life who loved me unconditionally. My mother is a hard working individual and my father lives in Port St. Lucie in Florida. I am not where I hope and dream to be yet I am not where I used to be yesterday as today is cherished and tomorrow is not promised. I have been working for Human Rights Campaign as volunteer promoting issues of justice and human rights to all human beings. I also work as a Volunteer in a couple Hospices in the New York City working and advising to individuals who are not well physically and have substance related issues. I have learned through Buddhism not to judge others because today might be your unfortunate day while tomorrow might be me if I don’t live my life with prudence, love for others regardless of who you are as well as compassion, respect and give back to society. I am currently an upper senior at a college in New York City majoring in English and Psychology. I am from a family of professionals and educated folks, rich in all aspects of greater life such as moral values, respect, love, generosity, compassion, and joy. My great-grandfather’s brother Louis Mir’beau was the first man to bring car to the small Island of Haiti. In those times they were called Bogies - A bogie is a wheeled wagon or trolley. He order over forty thousand from France for the Haitian population which was a great business opportunity for his family. My goals and dreams as well as aspirations I can easily say it in two words and that is TO SERVE those who might need my guidance as I have experienced as well as seen enough in this life. The dream of my Godmother and great aunt who was always praying with a rosary ever since I can remember while growing up and known in the neighborhood we grew up as the virgin woman because she dedicated her whole life to service from taking care of her parents to her brothers and sisters and then me.
